In 1984 Oxford, Iowa, had a population of 676, and something in Peter Feldstein compelled him to photograph each one of them. Twenty years later, Feldstein in collaboration with writer Stephen G. Bloom revisits this project, documenting each townsperson again through image and interview and collecting them in THE OXFORD PROJECT.
