    The Great Gatsby

    In the society of a separation of classes and male dominance we meet the narrator, Nick and his rich relatives, Daisy and Tom Buchanan. Nick attends a party to meet Jay Gatsby, a wealthy man and also Daisy's previous lover before she met Tom. Gatsby has spent a great amount of time after serving in a war to have Daisy fall in love with him again by moving in near Daisy's house to be close to her. Throughout Gatsby's efforts and actions to win Daisy back, Nick realizes the truth behind Daisy's willingness at first, to go back to Gatsby while Gatsby continues to live in his dream where Daisy truly loves him.
