Come and nibble on divine snacks with acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson as he discusses the food world with well -known journalist/writer Amanda Hesser. They’ll talk cooking, eating, and the food frenzy that’s going on around us.

Marcus Samuelsson is chef and co-owner of the exceedingly popular Red Rooster. He has received multiple James Beard awards, and is a fixture on the Food Network as a commentator, judge, and participant. He is also the author of four cookbooks including The New America Table.

Amanda Hesser was the food editor of The New York Times until 2008. After she left, she developed and co-created Food52, an exciting food /recipe site. She is the writer of the award-winning Cooking for Mr. Latte and The Cook and the Gardener. Her book, The Essential New York Times Cookbook, was a New York Times bestseller and the winner of a James Beard award.
