Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in San Francisco, and they've traveled all the way out here to share their brains and chocolate with us! They'll be celebrating the launch of their book Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S'more, which is a complete guide to making chocolate from scratch. The book dives into everything from tips and techniques for making chocolate in your own kitchen to sourcing beans from origin to 30 recipes right from Dandelion's beloved pastry kitchen.
