Jessica Harris: My Soul Looks Back
Tuesday May 9: 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Harris’ youth was filled with activism and celebration, from working as a theater critic and an editor to attending celebrity-filled parties in lavish locations with the likes of Maya Angelou, James Baldwin, Toni Morrison, and more. Now she’s written down her wondrous life and is here to share the stories about the unparalleled social circle in which she was raised.
Jessica will be joined by Francis Lam, host of The Splendid Table.
