The Shape of Things: A Conversation
Wednesday April 12: 7:00PM – 8:00PM
#bodypositivity, #Imnoangel, #realbody, #choosebeautiful, #abodyforeverybody, #whatsunderneath, #loveyourbody... We've all seen campaigns like this buzzing around social media. But what do they mean in the context of a woman's life? Hosted by Bustle's Associate Fashion & Beauty Editor Amanda Richards, this discussion will center on the different paths of a few remarkable women as they take on "body positivity" and what it means to them. Featured on the panel: Jessamyn Stanley, Lindy West, and Kelly Augustine. The talk is also a celebration of the release of Jessamyn Stanley's book EVERY BODY YOGA and the paperback release of best-seller SHRILL by Lindy West.
