WBAI’s David Rothenberg Discusses His Memoir

You’ve heard him host the weekly radio show on WBAI/NYC, now listen to him live discussing his captivating memoir, Fortune in My Eyes: A Memoir of Broadway, Glamour, Social Justice, and Political Passion. David Rothenberg has produced over 200 plays including the original production of Hair, Richard Burton’s Hamlet, John Gielgud’s production of The School of Scandal and Harold Pinter’s The Birthday Party. He created the Fortune Society, one of the Nation’s leading advocacy and service organizations in criminal justice. He’ll be in conversation with actress Julie Halston, who recently performed on Broadway in Anything Goes. Last season, she received a Drama Desk Nomination for her performance in The Divine Sister. Her impressive Broadway resume includes performances in Gypsy, Hairspray, The Boys From Syracuse, On The Twentieth Century and The Women to name just a few of her roles.
