You Will Be My Friend!

By Peter Brown

Anyone who's tried knows finding friends isn't easy. Finding enough common ground to build the foundation for a relationship takes time, patience, and plenty of fruitless searches. In Peter Brown's latest book, Lucy the bear learns this lesson the hard way. She tries to befriend frogs, a giraffe, a skunk, an ostrich, rabbits, a beaver, a kangaroo, and a house full of bees (apparently a mutual love of honey doesn't exactly sweeten the deal) to no avail. After much stress and strain, Lucy finds that when she stops trying too hard friendship finds her.
