No. Warehouse items will be grouped (whenever possible) and shipped directly from our warehouse. Items available in our store will be grouped and shipped directly from us. For this reason, you may receive your packages at different times. Please note that there is a 1-2 business day processing time for all online orders. Tracking information in either case will be provided once your item(s) has shipped.
No! We want to make your Strand shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Warehouse items are charged the same shipping rates had the items been available in our store.

In these rare cases, we do not expect the item to come back into stock; so the warehouse item will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for the item.
As mentioned above, very rarely will a warehouse item be out of stock. However, if the item is unavailable, we do not expect it to come back into stock. For that reason, we will automatically cancel your warehouse item and you will not be charged for it. Only items ordered directly from the store and found to be out-of-stock will be “requested” because of the high volume of new items received daily.
