Due to a devastating event that occurred in the 1980s, Primus is the last Alter on earth to have retained his powers and is also the only one capable of fighting the Execraris, criminals with supernatural abilities. Icyman, Primus' historical nemesis, devises a plan to become the most powerful being on the planet and put an end to Primus' meddling in his shady business.
