In ANARCHY, Errico Malatesta delivers a fundamental treatise on anarchism. Though brief, ANARCHY is clear and persuasive. Malatesta dispenses of the disorderly, chaotic image of anarchism and in its place presents an image of anarchism that is based in cooperation and free association. Errico Malatesta (1853 - 1932) was an Italian organizer and anarchist who lived much of his life in exile. He edited several newspapers. Like many of the anarchists, he was imprisoned several times for his writings and actions.
