When angels wage war on mankind, only the devil wins.

Gabriel is dead. The battle between angels that love and those that despise humanity has spilled onto the Earth, dragging with it the blood-soaked nightmare of divine war. The Guardians, human warriors and protectors of mankind, fight against Lucifer's demon horde for the safety of our souls. But in this heavenly war, these holy warriors must face down an army of deadly angels led by the sword of God himself, Michael.

Now, with Gabriel's death, the Guardians must choose between complete domination at Lucifer's hands or utter annihilation at Michael's.
