(1945). 2nd issue. Uneven darkening and slight marking, soiling, and scratching to edges of textblock. Darkening along hinges and edges of end papers and pastedowns. Light bumping, wear, and soiling to edges, forecorners, and spine ends of rubbed boards with slight exposure to bottom forecorners. Dark patch of marking/soiling to center of rear board. Darkening to spine and edges of dust jacket verso. Large crack/closed tear along center of discolored spine with small chips to top and bottom of spine. Light chipping/creasing along d.j. front panel top edge. Creasing to d.j. front flap. VG/G.
