The Director: Visionary and perverse, he coaxes and prods his cast and crew as he tries to bend them to his will in the pursuit of his surrealistic masterpiece. The Actress: Ravishing beautiful, she despises the filmmaker almost as much as she fears him. The Cinematographer: He clashes with the Director's spontaneous and unorthodox methods, and denies his own clouded past with the Actress.
