"Deliverer" is the anxiously-awaited sequel to "Pretender," award-winning author C.J. Cherryh's beloved "The Foreigner Universe" series. The civil war is over, but the world of the atevi is still in turmoil. Atevi has fragmented into two antagonistic political camps: the liberal Western Association, ruled by Tabini-aiji and his heir, Cajeiri, and the traditionalist East.
