Devendra Banhart + Adam Green
Thursday June 25: 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Devendra Banhart is known best as an international musician and songwriter, but he is quickly gaining a reputation as an imaginative visual artist. His new Prestel release, I Left My Noodle on Ramen Street, is a collection of drawings, paintings, and mixed media pieces that cement his place in the art world he belonged to even before he began pursuing his career as a musician. Featuring pieces as dreamy as Banhart's esoteric music, Ramen Street highlights a decade's worth of work.
Devendra will be in conversation with multifaceted artist and musician Adam Green, who famously founded anti-folk hit band the Moldy Peaches.
