The potency of meditation begins with one important component that most meditation teachers and experts do not address. Learn what it is in this free one-hour session, and come with questions and your curiosity. This talk is strictly informational and does not include a group meditation. At the conclusion, you will have the option to sign up for a comprehensive 4-day training course to learn to meditate.

About Kathy: Kathy is a former advertising executive turned Vedic Meditation teacher. In 2017, she moved to the Himalayas of northern India to live and train with masters from a 5,000 year-old meditation tradition.
