Chris Morocco is deputy food editor at Bon Appétit where he works in the Test Kitchen developing recipes, dreaming up food content, and figuring out what the next big thing in food is. He regularly appears in the brand’s video content, including Bon Appétit’s new shows “Making Perfect” and "Reverse Engineering."
