Matt Shannon is a former FBI agent turned head of security on the Norwegian Empress, a high class cruise ship sailing the Caribbean. He has numerous credit card debts and little dignity left. But he's doing what he can. Matt's stepbrother, Jack, has just been released from prison and approaches Matt with an offer: a one-shot change to clear a haunting IOU. What starts as a simple smuggling expedition soon turns much more serious. Matt will have to use all of his wits and skills to fight off the "pirates" of the high seas.
