Fever is the compilation of many months of shadow work, self-care, and healing. These are not pages for sophists and avoidants: you will find no solace. Here there is rage, grief, and existential discomfort.

The presence of a fever indicates both a source of infection and an innate immune response. It is miserable. Yet sometimes fevers break. That is healing. That is hope.
