Full Fathom Five

This book is a story about the sea, and the people who make a living from the sea, what does a gun runner do, when the war is over, he finds another war. Along the way he finds love, loss, murder and mayhem but also courage, honour, happiness and strength. He meets rogues and scoundrels, people building lives and others tearing them down, he finds reason in a world where there is none, he also finds hope and sometimes that is enough. We follow Hugh and his men through the remains of the South at the end of the Civil War, the fighting is over but the brutality still goes on.
