If the mistake is ours (damage or error), we'll be happy to refund shipping charges, including return shipping charges. Otherwise, we will refund the original price of the book(s).

We are more than happy to answer further questions and resolve any issues. All returned items must include the original invoice, or reference a specific invoice or order. Reason(s) for the return must be included in your return package. All refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
