Icarus

Knox Abernathy hasn't had a dreamless sleep in fifteen years.

Ever since an alien attack killed her father and brother, and her mother took her own life not long after, her waking and sleeping hours have been haunted by her darkest memories and thoughts. She drifts through her life in search of a restless oblivion that continues to elude her.

But soon, she'll be able to return to Icarus, to the colony where she lost everything, and she knows that's the only place she'll be able to find any sort of closure. And she'll be in cryo-sleep on the way there.

And, as everyone knows, you don't dream in cryo.
