Lowboy

Will Heller is convinced that he holds the key to saving the planet from climate change. Will Heller has just taken the uptown B train, alone, looking for the girl he thinks is holding the secret. Will Heller is also a paranoid schizophrenic, and may very well be a danger to himself and to others. "Lowboy" is the story of Will, his mother Violet, the girl Emily Wallace, and Ali Lateef, a missing persons specialist. It is Lateef's job to find Will (and save Emily fromhim), and doing so takes him through a harrowing series of tunnels, dark streets, and back alleys of the city. It also takes him dangerously close to Violet's dark secrets about her son, who she is desperate to protect at all costs.
