After relocating from New York to Adelaide, Sydney is just starting to settle into her new role as the manager of the Medina Grand Hotel.

Life in Adelaide is quieter, less chaotic than her previous life in New York, and Sydney enjoys it that way.

That is until Sydney inadvertently discovers that the Medina Grand holds mysteries to be uncovered.

Transported into a world of secrets, portals and strange occurrences, Sydney meets an arresting team of explorers in the throes of a mission to find a code, seemingly lost to time.
