The sequel to "Warp Speed", this is the story of Steven Montana. A computer whiz and hacker, who was attending college in Ohio when his world fall apart. A swarm if huge meteors fell all over the world, particilarly on Steven's home town in California. In an instant, his family and all his friends were gone. The "meteor" storm that orpaned him had actually been a brief and still secret war between the U.S. and its enemies using a new warp drive technology that was more secret than top secret. Most secret of all was that unfriendly aliens were observing the Earth, and U.S. spaceships were at war with them. Steven must escape from the aliens grasp before he is their nezt lab experiment...
