Ghost Version" (this one signed, and numbered with "h.c."). A 2nd printing of the 1973 - 1974 original edition, with a new lithograph prepared solely for this edition. Very light soiling and scratching to rear panel of slipcase. NF in wrappers in NF slipcase.
