Cap Anderson has lived a sheltered life with his hippie grandmother, Rain and he's never experienced public school, television or pizza. When Rain falls out of a tree picking plums, Cap's home-schooling days are over and he ends up going to public school. But Cap is unaware of public school politics and ends up being talked into running for class president. Ages 9-12.
