There comes a time in your life where you just want to talk and not feel judged. I began to write those thoughts down and it became my safe space. It was amazing to see how things had changed so much. These words are who I am and what I learnt about life. Everything from family and friends, love and loneliness; I felt I needed to share these words with someone else. To let someone know they are not alone, and that life is building them. This book is my way of letting you know that it is going to be okay.
