Tenth Gift

While at an expensive London Restaurant, Julia Lovat is given the gift of a beautiful seventeenth-century book covered in embroidery patterns, which belonged to a woman named Catherine Ann Tregenna. In the margins of this book lay a diary. It reveals that in 1625 a group of Muslim Pirates stole "Cat" and others from their Cornish chuch and preparing to auction them off as slaves in Morocco. Julia soon finds herself setting off for North Africa where she goes to find out the rest of Cat's story. While in Morocco, amid spice markets and ruins, Julie will lose her heart much like Cat did many years earlier.
