Slight fading to edges of end papers and pastedowns. Slight crack starting to end of rear hinge. Light edgewear to gently rubbed cloth covered boards with spots of wear to white along edges, joint ends, and lightly bumped forecorners. Bumping to spine head end resulted in small crease to top of spine. Darkening to edges of toned and rubbed dust jacket verso with offsetting. Darkening to edges of toned, rubbed, slightly marked and faintly scratched d.j. Three long, more noticeable scratches across d.j. front panel and one across rear panel. Approx. 1in. tear to front panel near center of top edge and approx. 1in. tear to bottom edge near spine tail end. Approx. 2in. tear to rear panel starting at top of joint resulted in small crease and beginning of a chip. Light bumping to d.j. forecorners and spine ends with small scrape to top rear forecorner. Crease to bottom corner of d.j. rear flap. D.j. covered in removeable plastic covering by previous owner. VG/VG.
