    Food Trucks and Carts have been an ever-expanding trend in the last few years and it is still growing today. Shouse does a great job capturing the movement cross-country with a collection of recipes you won't find anywhere else. She paints a picture of how diverse mobile food is from city to city and town to town. A must for anyone who loves food from their favorites trucks or carts or who keeps a weathered-eye on food trends. Also, I attending the event that's featured in the video-- odds are if you get this book at the Strand you might be able to find an autographed copy!
